Nitya Lad

Registered Massage Therapist

I’ve always had a passion for being a part of the health care field and have found a fulfilling career as a Registered Massage Therapist. I graduated from Humber College in 2017 and has been practicing in multidisciplinary clinics since then. I look forward to new challenges and learning experiences everyday. In a typical massage treatment I like to use trigger point therapy, myofascial release, Swedish massage techniques , stretching, joint mobilization, and deep tissue massage to ensure effective treatments. It is my happiness to help people recover from acute or chronic injuries/conditions. Besides treating, I love traveling to warm destinations, trying out new recipes, and hiking.

Priyanshi Randeria

Registered Massage Therapist

Priyanshi is a Registered massage therapist and graduate from Sutherland-Chan School and Teaching Clinic.  Priyanshi also holds a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from McMaster University.

Through her clinical experiences, Priyanshi has assessed and treated clients with degenerative disc disease, SI joint dysfunctions, and thoracic outlet syndrome. She has worked with patients to reduce pain and discomfort using deep tissue massage, fascial release, cupping therapy and muscle energy techniques. Her focused treatments allow her to reduce muscle imbalances and improve joint mobility. She enjoys helping patients gain postural awareness, believing that understanding how their body works can help patients maintain a preventative approach to overall body tension.

Priyanshi is Level 1 certified in Fascial Stretch Therapy. Fascial Stretching can give a deeper stretch and improve mobility throughout the body by targeting fascia, the connective tissue that connects everything inside the body (surrounding muscles, bones, and organs) to form a body wide functional network.

In addition to Swedish Massage, Priyanshi uses therapeutic (kinesio) taping to relax and facilitate muscle groups, encourage lymph drainage, and reduce pain. She also works with athletic taping to help patients return to their physical activities while providing support to joints recovering from injury.
