Nitya Lad

Massage Therapist

I’ve always had a passion for being a part of the health care field and have found a fulfilling career as a Registered Massage Therapist. I graduated from Humber College in 2017 and has been practicing in multidisciplinary clinics since then. I look forward to new challenges and learning experiences everyday. In a typical massage treatment I like to use trigger point therapy, myofascial release, Swedish massage techniques , stretching, joint mobilization, and deep tissue massage to ensure effective treatments. It is my happiness to help people recover from  acute or chronic injuries/conditions. Besides treating, I love traveling to warm destinations, trying out new recipes, and hiking.

Medical Receptionist

As the receptionist, I take great pride in providing a warm welcome to all those who come to our clinic. I believe that every person’s individual experience matters and strive to provide empathy and warmth. I went to the Toronto Metropolitan University to pursue a degree in Social Work because of my passion for understanding and helping others. In my downtime I enjoy reading, drawing, and spending time with my pets.
