Nitya Lad
Massage Therapist
I’ve always had a passion for being a part of the health care field and have found a fulfilling career as a Registered Massage Therapist. I graduated from Humber College in 2017 and has been practicing in multidisciplinary clinics since then. I look forward to new challenges and learning experiences everyday. In a typical massage treatment I like to use trigger point therapy, myofascial release, Swedish massage techniques , stretching, joint mobilization, and deep tissue massage to ensure effective treatments. It is my happiness to help people recover from acute or chronic injuries/conditions. Besides treating, I love traveling to warm destinations, trying out new recipes, and hiking.
